I Love Cookbooks!!

I have a weakness for cookbooks every where I go I look at them!!! I have a ton of gooseberry patch, all of the Paula Deen books, of course my A Primitive Place cookbook, but now I have a few more to add to the list thanks to my friend Kim over at  http://home-is-where-the-heart-is.blogspot.com/ She talked about them in a previous post. So I headed over to eBay and I've found a few of them so far. Please go give Kim a visit she has a wonderful blog and a beautiful home.

This is the first one..it's called Goodness Gracious and the graphics and recipes are wonderful.cookbook 12

The second one is Keeping Good Company both books are by author Roxie Kelly and Illustrator Shelly Reeves Smith. There are two more in the series that I am still looking for.

I still have a way to go to finish collecting the  entire series. But I'll eventually find them all in time. If you have any favorite cookbooks please  let me know I'm always on the lookout for a new one.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog I LOVE reading everyone's comments.

Blessings,

Dana

  1. Dana,

You know I love good cookbooks, I'll be on the lookout for those for sure. I've been checking things out at my local library to see if it's something I would want to own. Thanks for the post.

  2. Dana, I think we were separted at birth, LOL, I have the last four books that you posted on your blog and I do have the whole collection. I LOVE them, and I too love the cookbooks and I also have" you guessed it" the APP cookbook!!!
I love to try new meals for my family. I feel that when I cook or bake it is a gift that I am giving to my whole family and it brings me so much joy to see them loving what I cooked or baked!

Okay now that I know I have a sis, LOL. I will be keeping my eyes peeled for cookbooks that you DON'T have!!!

    Love ya friend,

  3. I love cookbooks to but I gave many away and now I just keep the ones like APP's. Tried and true recipes from real people. But I have to admit, I wish I had kept my gooseberry patch ones!!
