Fun Fall Swaps

I recently had a few Fall swaps with some great friends and I wanted to share with you some of  the wonderful goodies I received.  The first one I had was with Tarrah from http://indiantrailpottery.blogspot.com/ she makes the most beautiful pottery so when you have a chance go by and visit her blog and see all her beautiful pottery. I was so excited to receive a piece of my own. This is the gorgeous urn and spoon holder she made me . I absolutely  LOVE both pieces the pictures just don't do them justice.

Just click on the photos below so you can see the detail in them a little better.

Another great thing that came from our swap is a new friendship. Tarrah is so sweet and has the BEST sense of humor. Thanks Tarrah for my pottery I will always treasure it and I'm looking forward to our next one.
The next swap is from my from my wonderful friend Sarah as most of you know by now she makes the best salt dough fillers and I was so excited to get some of her wonderful Fall creations!!!
Here they are all bagged perfectly!!  She sent me a ton of them and I LOVE all of them I can't even pick a favorite.

She is so talented and I love everything she makes we are such close friends and we do a swap for every season so I can't wait to see all of her Christmas creations. Stop by Sarah's blog http://allroadsleadhome-deeb5.blogspot.com/ and see for yourself all of her wonderful creations and be on the lookout for her new Christmas bowl fillers. Thank you so much Sarah for everything and most of all for being one of my closest friends.  I treasure our friendship. I"m already getting some things ready for our Christmas swap! :)
This is a gift I received from a friend/customer of mine all the way from Australia her name is Gayle she purchased some candles from me a while back and we began emailing each other and have become great friends. She hand stitched this for me and it means the world to me. Thank you so much Gayle I LOVE it.

Here's the frame I put it in. I'm going to paint it black  as soon as I have some spare time. Oh my goodness...I need to work on getting it in the frame straight too. Sorry!!

I have several antique yellow ware bowls that I don't use I keep them put away because I'm so afraid that they may get broke so I have been on the lookout for a  big Ragon House yellow ware bowl that I can use as a salad and pasta bowl and my friend Tricia from Hillcrest Home Prims  http://triciamcn.blogspot.com/  had one on her selling blog and she gave me a GREAT deal on it. Thank you so much Tricia I LOVE it!!! :)

She makes dolls, stitchery's, and all kind of woodwork . So go check her blog out she's already started on her Christmas goodies!!!!
I know this was a long post so thanks for sticking with me. I hope everybody is enjoying this beautiful Fall weather. It's finally cooling off here thank goodness.

  12. Wow, what wonderful swaps! The pottery is a beautiful color! It's pretty to be used year round but the fall foliage in it really makes the color pop. All those bowl fillers are awesome! What a cute idea to hang some from wire! How fun it would be to have a little tree just for dough ornaments to change out with the seasons. The stitchery is fabulous too.

Goodness girl, you were blessed with such fantastic gifts! How fortunate you are to have wonderful friends~
